Theoriq AlphaVault ETH
Theoriq AlphaVault ETH is an Ethereum vault-of-vaults for managed ETH yield, not a tokenized real-world-asset claim. The team defines eligible venues and risk limits, AI systems assist position selection and rebalancing, and curators execute Pendle, lending, carry and leveraged-looping strategies through isolated subvaults. The current adapter nets Spark and Aave debt and pending Lido withdrawals into the share value. The version-1 delegated-allocation dossier is decisive regardless of the approximately $155,930 reported on Ethereum on 2026-08-16.
- Publishes complete current vault, subvault, curator, policy, venue-cap, leverage-limit, audit and incident evidence for the proposed position
- Provides 90 days of position-level holdings and passes a documented $1M stressed withdrawal after debt repayment and downstream redemption delays
Watched nightly: a warning on its venues or files, or a cited document that changes, reopens the memo. The first confirmation is due 2026-11-15.
The research file
Product identity and class applicability
The current AlphaVault page describes tqETH as an ERC-4626-style receipt for ETH, WETH or wstETH allocated across a vault-of-vaults. The use-case page identifies Pendle principal-token and Aave leveraged-looping strategies. No legal claim on Treasury, credit, commodity or other offchain collateral is created. The prior tokenized-RWA exposure was therefore false; synthetic-yield with delegated-allocation is the exact product and class treatment.
Decision authority and deployed perimeter
Theoriq says its team sets the strategy, eligible venues and risk limits; AI assists rather than autonomously moving funds, while curators execute through policy-controlled wallets and siloed subvaults. The adapter identifies vault 0xDbC81B33A23375A90c8Ba4039d5738CB6f56fE8d and dynamically discovers assets and subvaults, then nets Spark WETH and Aave USDe debt. That changing allocation and leverage perimeter remains manager risk despite custody and timelock controls.
Lifecycle, loss and exit applicability
DefiLlama reported $155,930 entirely on Ethereum on 2026-08-16. The official interface describes a deposit-and-later-claim workflow of roughly 24 hours, while withdrawals can depend on unwinding subvault positions and Lido withdrawal requests. The adapter’s net asset methodology confirms that gross supplied assets are not the client’s net claim; borrowed WETH or USDe, venue liquidity and curator execution can all change the exit value.
Comparison and measurable reopening test
A direct wstETH holding has one staking receipt and no curator-selected Aave or Pendle loop; AlphaVault adds venue substitution, leverage and execution discretion. Reopen only after the exact vault publishes complete current role and policy configurations, audited subvault and debt limits, 90 days of position-level holdings, complete incidents, and a documented $1M withdrawal simulation that includes debt repayment and delayed downstream redemptions. A higher TVL or model backtest alone is insufficient.
Class rule
The delegated allocation class is outside the approved structures, so every protocol in it is not approved until the rule changes. The rule is about the structure, not an adverse finding about this protocol, and it is not a client instruction. The events that would reopen it are listed with the memo.

Inherited controls
The research above describes the protocol layer. Every position also inherits the asset it holds and the chain it settles on. The layer with the most administrative power sets the position’s effective control; that describes control, not quality or suitability.
