What a subscriber sees

One household, two holdings

A sample client: a US person and an accredited investor, holding through an IRA. The wallet holds PAXG and BUIDL.

HoldingWhat it isMay they own itWho can freeze it
PAXG
Commodity
Beneficial ownership of one fine troy ounce of London Good Delivery gold per token, held as allocated bars by Paxos Trust in segregated accounts at LBMA vaults in London.
Terms not met The issuer onboards individuals and entities, not IRAs; the client record says IRA.
Paxos may freeze any holder’s PAXG and the gold behind it, customer or not: on a legal directive, on a partner’s notice, or in its sole discretion. Under a binding legal order it may seize the tokens to a Paxos wallet. On chain, a single key holds that power.
BUIDL
Treasury fund
Share of a British Virgin Islands private fund holding cash, U.S. Treasury bills, and repurchase agreements; I Class share of the same British Virgin Islands fund; one token is one share at a stable $1.00.
Terms not met The fund requires a qualified purchaser; the client record says accredited.
Securitize says its smart contracts can seize or burn tokens to fix minting or allocation errors. On chain, a single key holds that power.

Ketju reads the wallet every day. When a term, a key holder, or the answer changes, you get an email that names the client.
