A one-page summary for compliance review
What it is
Ketju Research publishes protocol research for financial professionals and sells a subscription terminal built on it. Every protocol memo and its verdict is public in the Register. Every subscriber gets the same research and the same tooling; the alerts each one receives are drawn from the wallets and household facts that subscriber recorded. The research is general and impersonal. Research does not establish an actual household’s eligibility, select a position, or choose an amount.
What it is not
Ketju does not manage assets, take custody, execute transactions, or make individualized recommendations. It holds what a subscriber records to run the checks: client names, wallet addresses, recorded securities, and four household facts (US person, investor status, account type, state). It never holds keys, account credentials, or documents. It accepts no compensation from any protocol, chain, or issuer it covers. It is an input to a firm’s own diligence, not a substitute for it.
How it supports a books-and-records file
Every memo is dated. It names its next scheduled review and lists in advance the events that require another review. A revised memo never overwrites the one it replaces: the prior record stays in the dated archive with the reason it changed. Every monitored protocol has a memo, including rejected, not approved, and under-review records and the evidence behind each verdict. Market data is attributed to its source and update cadence.
Who writes it
Jon Ragsdale, in a personal capacity. Ketju Research is independent of and unaffiliated with any advisory firm. No advisory firm has reviewed or endorsed it. The legal entity is 1732 Studios LLC d/b/a Ketju Research.
