Sui · Issuer can freeze

Suigar is an on-chain casino whose SweetHouse bankroll pays depositors the house edge. It settles only on Sui, which carries an active rejected verdict, so the version-1 rejected-chain dossier decides. The underlying claim would not survive review either.

The research file

Mechanism applicability

The depositor funds a casino bankroll and is paid from the house margin on wagers. The return is gambling revenue net of player wins, so principal moves with wager volume and variance rather than with borrowers, validators or an issuer. Deposits, wagers, settlement and withdrawal all execute on Sui.

Current observation and perimeter

The DefiLlama protocol API read on 2026-09-15 classified Suigar under Luck Games and reported approximately $117k on a Sui-only perimeter, listed on 2026-06-26 with two recorded audits. The yield survey the same day placed it under the rejected-chain rule on that single perimeter.

Control and exit applicability

Sui control facts sit under every bankroll state transition. Beyond the chain, a bankroll depositor is exposed to a variance tail in which an unusual run of player wins impairs principal, and to whoever sets the game parameters and house edge. Recording this as a settlement-layer exclusion should not be read as a finding that the economic claim would otherwise be suitable; a gambling bankroll is not a client yield exposure.

Class rule

The rejected chain class is outside the approved structures, so every protocol in it is not approved until the rule changes. The rule is about the structure, not an adverse finding about this protocol, and it is not a client instruction. The events that would reopen it are listed with the memo.

Sources

The claims above trace to these. Where a number could not be independently verified, the thesis says so.

Inherited controls

The research above describes the protocol layer. Every position also inherits the asset it holds and the chain it settles on. The layer with the most administrative power sets the position’s effective control; that describes control, not quality or suitability.
