JustLend V1
JustLend is a Compound-v2-style pooled lending market on Tron. Suppliers receive jTokens, borrowers post overcollateralized assets, and utilization sets floating rates. It held about $3.35B at the 2026-08-14 survey. This is not an adverse protocol finding or an individual approval review. The standing rejected-chain rule decides the result because every jToken claim, oracle update, liquidation and withdrawal ultimately depends on Tron’s 27-member Super Representative set. TRON DAO’s Q1 2026 report says the top 13 held 68% of voting weight. Protocol audits and on-chain governance do not remove that concentration in the settlement chain.

The mechanism
JustLend’s Supply and Borrow Market follows the Compound v2 pattern. A deposit mints an interest-bearing jToken. Borrowers must supply collateral. A Comptroller enforces collateral factors and liquidations. Each market’s rate model uses cash, borrows and reserves to set borrow and supply rates. Lender yield therefore comes from borrower interest, not a fixed protocol payment, and withdrawals depend on unborrowed market cash.
Control and record
JustLend documents GovernorBravo and a Timelock for JST governance, plus separate Comptroller, oracle and market contracts. Those controls matter in a protocol review, but they sit above Tron consensus. TRON’s MiCA white paper says the 27 candidates with the most votes validate transactions and produce blocks. TRON DAO’s own Q1 2026 report says the top 13 Super Representatives hold 68% of voting weight. We did not identify a JustLend loss event that changes the class decision. The absence of such an event does not mean approval.
The exit
A supplier can redeem jTokens for the underlying asset only while the relevant market has cash. High utilization can delay a full exit until borrowers repay or liquidations free liquidity. Even a solvent market cannot process withdrawals if Tron consensus or block production is unavailable. The position cannot avoid that chain dependency.
Why the class rule decides
The rejected-chain rule stops the analysis before asset selection, rate quality or contract merits can make JustLend eligible. This file records facts specific to the protocol so the reason for exclusion is clear. It does not claim that JustLend received an individual review and was rejected. Review reopens if Tron passes the chain framework or JustLend establishes material liquidity on an approved settlement chain.
Class rule
The rejected chain class is outside the approved structures, so every protocol in it is not approved until the rule changes. The rule is about the structure, not an adverse finding about this protocol, and it is not a client instruction. The events that would reopen it are listed with the memo.

Inherited controls
The research above describes the protocol layer. Every position also inherits the asset it holds and the chain it settles on. The layer with the most administrative power sets the position’s effective control; that describes control, not quality or suitability.
