Robinhood Chain · Mixed control

Flock Credit is outside the current firm shelf because it settles only on Robinhood Chain, which this registry rejects on control facts. Ravenhood operates a USDG lending market there; the chain’s single sequencer, two permissioned validators and transaction filter sit beneath any market-level merit.

The research file

Mechanism and why the rule applies

Flock Credit is a lending market by Ravenhood whose only tracked pool is a USDG supply market on Robinhood Chain (about $70,000 at review, $339,000 of reported protocol TVL). Supplying USDG earns borrower interest; the position depends on Robinhood Chain for settlement and exit.

Control and incident boundary

The registry’s Robinhood Chain grade records one sequencer operated by Offchain Labs on Robinhood’s behalf, two permissioned validators, an emergency council path, and a transaction-filtering precompile that can reject L1 force-included transactions. Ravenhood’s own page carries no terms, audits, or entity disclosure that would change that dependency.

Exit and current measurement

A supplier redeems USDG from the market only while it has cash and only through Robinhood Chain’s bridge, whose force-inclusion backstop the filter can defeat.

Comparison and decision

The rejected-chain rule stops the analysis before market merits apply. Review reopens if Robinhood Chain passes the chain framework or Flock Credit deploys material liquidity on an approved chain.

Class rule

The rejected chain class is outside the approved structures, so every protocol in it is not approved until the rule changes. The rule is about the structure, not an adverse finding about this protocol, and it is not a client instruction. The events that would reopen it are listed with the memo.

Sources

The claims above trace to these. Where a number could not be independently verified, the thesis says so.

Inherited controls

The research above describes the protocol layer. Every position also inherits the asset it holds and the chain it settles on. The layer with the most administrative power sets the position’s effective control; that describes control, not quality or suitability.
