Everything is a mixed aggregate, not one AMM-only exposure: its current adapter counts tokens in pair contracts plus separate vault collateral, while the protocol presents spot trading, liquidity provision, lending, borrowing and leverage up to 100x from unified liquidity. Rejected with no allocation because no exact investable product, pair, debt boundary or loss waterfall is selected and one class dossier cannot faithfully cover the approximately $0.53M supplied and $0.44M borrowed observed on 2026-08-15.

The research file

Product identity and mechanism

Everything’s official application presents spot swaps, liquidity provision, lending, borrowing and leveraged trading as uses of unified liquidity. The current DefiLlama adapter separately enumerates factory-created two-token pairs and a chain-level vault, counts tokens held in both as TVL and reads borrow balances from every pair. The surveyed identity is therefore an aggregate of AMM inventory, collateral-vault assets and borrower receivables rather than one fungible risk claim.

Current perimeter and accounting

Observed 2026-08-15: the DefiLlama API reported approximately $0.53M supplied and $0.44M borrowed across Base, Ethereum, BSC and Arbitrum. Ethereum and Arbitrum dominate the current product presentation, while live adapter configuration still contains all four factories and vaults. Total protocol TVL is not executable liquidity for one advised position, and borrowed figures must not be added to supplied TVL as fresh assets.

Controls, leverage and loss allocation

The app advertises leverage as high as 100x and states that one liquidity pool supports trading, lending and borrowing. Pair-level borrowers, liquidations, interest and AMM reserve changes can affect different claims, while separate vault collateral creates another custody and accounting boundary. The current public pages do not supply a complete deployed role map, pair-by-pair caps, oracle-less liquidation proof, bad-debt waterfall or audit and incident mapping sufficient to determine which client claim absorbs a shortfall.

Exit and lifecycle

The official application exposes live earn, borrow and swap routes, and the adapter reads current deployed factories and vaults, supporting active coverage. An LP exit depends on pair reserves and inventory; a lender exit depends on utilization and borrower repayment; leveraged positions depend on collateral and liquidation. No proposed-size simulation or current pair and vault liquidity schedule demonstrates that $1M could exit without dominating the approximately $0.53M aggregate.

Decision and comparison

Everything cannot inherit only the amm-lp dossier because adapter TVL also includes non-pair vault collateral, and it cannot inherit only a lending or leverage dossier because pair inventory is explicit. Compared with a named direct money market such as Aave v3 or a separately reviewed AMM pool, the aggregate lacks a selected contract, claim seniority, isolated loss path and observable exit. Reopen by splitting the exact LP, lender or leveraged product into non-overlapping identities with deployed contracts, complete authorities, audits, incidents, loss waterfall and proposed-size exit evidence.

The claims above trace to these. Where a number could not be independently verified, the thesis says so.

Inherited controls

The research above describes the protocol layer. Every position also inherits the asset it holds and the chain it settles on. The layer with the most administrative power sets the position’s effective control; that describes control, not quality or suitability.
